Obama: Still gathering facts about shooting case
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Law-enforcement authorities are still gathering facts about the shooting early Friday at a Colorado movie theater, President Barack Obama said, adding that the federal government stands ready to help in the investigation. "There are going to be other days for politics. This I think is a day for prayer and reflection," Obama said in Florida. At least 12 people were killed and 50 injured when a gunman opened fire at a Colorado movie theater. Law enforcement officials identified the suspect as James Holmes, 24 years old, of Aurora, just east of Denver, according to The Wall Street Journal.
