Stocks to watch Monday: IHS, Shoe Carnival
CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -- Among the stocks that could see active trade in Mondays' session are IHS,
IHS (IHS) is slated to report its quarterly numbers after the close. The company is expected to earn 94 cents a share on revenue of $382.7 million according to the average estimates of analysts polled by FactSet Research.
Late Friday, Shoe Carnival (SCVL) said that it had initiated a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents a share, to be paid on July 16 to holders of record as of July 2.
Steel Dynamics (STLD) could see some pressure after announcing that it now expects second-quarter earnings to be in a range 15 cents to 20 cents a share, well below last year's numbers and under the 25-cent average estimate of analysts polled by FactSet Research.
