Dollar General, EA shares in focus after hours

LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Discounter Dollar General Corp. will release first-quarter financial results Monday evening, with analysts polled by FactSet Research looking for a 25% earnings increase to 60 cents a share. Revenue is expected to rise 11% to $3.83 billion. Dollar General shares were off 0.3% at $48.47 ahead of the release. Shares of Electronic Arts Inc. may also be active in late trading, with the company slated to hold a press conference at the E3 video game conference in Los Angeles. EA shares shed 0.7% at $13.03 during the day session.
