NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Facebook Inc. is developing products that would allow children under 13 to use the social networking site under parental supervision in a move to tap a new pool of users, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday. The company is testing some new approaches including connecting children's accounts to their parents and controls to help parents select whom their kids could "friend," said the newspaper article, which cited unnamed people who have spoken to Facebook executives. For now, Facebook does not allow children under 13 to use the site.
