SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Facebook Inc.'s initial public offering will likely price at $38 a share, the top end of its estimated range, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday in its online edition, according to a source close to the matter. That price would value the social network at $104 billion, the highest value for a U.S. company at the time of its IPO. The price, while not final, could come in $1 higher, the Journal reported the source as saying, but another source told the newspaper that prices higher than $38 had been rebuffed by investors.
