Two foreign donors who helped Giuliani on Ukraine are arrested: WSJ
Two foreign-born donors to a pro-Trump fundraising committee who helped Rudy Giuliani's efforts to investigate Democrat Joe Biden were arrested late Wednesday on campaign finance charges, The Wall Street Journal reported (https://www.wsj.com/articles/two-foreign-born-men-who-helped-giuliani-on-ukraine-arrested-on-campaign-finance-charges-11570714188?mod=mktw), citing people familiar with the matter. The newspaper reported that Florida businessmen Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman were the donors, who contributed $325 million to a pro-Trump super PAC. A transparency group had filed a complaint in July 2018 alleging they violated campaign-finance laws.
