Treasury yields continue to fall before the open
S&P futures vs fair value: -3.50. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: +5.50. The disposition of the futures market has improved from earlier without a news catalyst. Currently, the S&P 500 futures are down 4 points and are trading 0.1% below fair value. The Nasdaq 100 futures are up 5 points and are trading roughly in line with fair value. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are down 31 points and are trading 0.1% below fair value.Treasury yields continue to drop this morning. The 2-yr note yield is down five basis points to 2.77% while the 10-yr note yield is down five basis points to 2.76%.This move comes ahead of the June IHS Markit Services PMI at 9:45 a.m. ET, the May JOLTS-Job Openings report and June ISM Non-Manufacturing Index at 10:00 a.m. ET (Briefing.com consensus 54.2%; prior 55.9%), and the FOMC Minutes for the June 14-15 meeting at 2:00 p.m. ET.
