Intuit and Workday fall after earnings
The S&P 500 continues to trade slightly lower by 0.2% in another lackluster session. In earnings news, shares of Intuit (INTU 352.13, -9.13, -2.6%) and Workday (WDAY 214.16, -16.63, -7.2%) are trading lower despite beating top and bottom-line estimates and issuing upside guidance. Ross Stores (ROST 112.47, +2.24, +2.0%) and Williams-Sonoma (WSM 108.73, +7.67, +7.6%) are trading higher following their positive reports. Separately, shares of NVIDIA (NVDA 531.73, -6.03, -1.1%) are under pressure after the stock was able to overcome a negative reaction to its earnings report yesterday.
