The S&P 500 is up 0.3% and has set a new all-time high to begin the day. The Nasdaq Composite outperforms with a 1.0% gain, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average underperforms with a 0.2% decline.An early look at the S&P 500 sectors shows information technology (+1.2%) driving the market higher on the back of its mega-cap and semiconductor components. Conversely, the energy (-1.8%), financials (-0.8%), and industrials (-0.3%) sectors trade lower. In the Treasury market, the 10-yr yield is unchanged at 1.65% and the 2-yr yield is down two basis points to 0.14%. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.3% to 92.22. WTI crude futures are down 0.9% to $59.21/bbl.
