Hyzon Motors Inc. is a global supplier of fuel cell electric mobility, with United States operations in the Rochester, Chicago and Detroit areas, and international operations in the Netherlands, Australia, and China. The Company is engaged in providing end-to-end solutions in the transport sector with a focus on commercial vehicles and hydrogen supply infrastructure. It produces high power fuel cells to power mobile applications, including HD commercial vehicles. Its core technology is centered on design and manufacturing of its advantaged MEAs, including BPP, fuel cell stacks, and fuel cell systems that it integrates into commercial vehicles. The Company's commercial vehicle business is focused primarily on assembling and converting fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs). Its hydrogen supply infrastructure business is focused on building and fostering a clean hydrogen supply ecosystem with partners and third parties from feedstock through hydrogen production, dispensing and financing.
