Lomiko Metals Inc. is a Canada-based exploration and evaluation stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Company is developing two projects in the province of Quebec: La Loutre, which is graphite, and Bourier, which is being explored for lithium. Both graphite and lithium are used to supply North America’s electric battery and green energy industries. The La Loutre Property is located in the Laurentides administrative region in the province of Quebec, Canada. It is approximately 30 kilometers (km) west-southwest of the city of Mont-Tremblant (about 45 km by road). The property consists of one continuous block with approximately 76 minerals claims totaling 4,528 hectares. The Bourier project, which consists of approximately 203 claims for a total ground position of approximately 10,252.20 hectares (102.52 square kilometer (km2)) in a region of Quebec.
