Through its legacy Global Telesat Communications Ltd and Orbital Satcom Corp business units, the Company provides mobile satellite services (MSS) solutions for satellite-enabled voice, data, personnel and asset tracking, machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity services. Its core product is SolarTrack. The Company’s MSS products rely on satellite networks for voice, data and tracking connectivity. Its MSS solutions are suitable for recreational travelers and adventurers, government and military users. Its satellite communications products enable users to make voice calls, send and receive text messages and emails, and transmit global positioning system (GPS) location coordinates from virtually anywhere on the planet. The Company provides its products and services directly to end users and reseller networks located both in the United States and internationally through its subsidiaries.
