Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is a manufacturer of metal alloy and composite components and fastener systems. The Company offers components to the aerospace, military, specialty automotive and sports and recreational industries. It has developed patented technologies for transferring products through multi-die machines with segmented tooling. Its proprietary systems are capable of hot and cold forming of components with little or no waste during extended runs for high-volume production. Its multi-die forming enables net and near net manufacturing of complex shapes while maintaining the structural integrity of the raw materials. It utilizes finite element analysis to design workable processes for multistep forming of complex parts. It uses EDM and traditional machine technologies to craft and maintain customized precision dies and tools from a range of alloys and composites. It has approximately 35 multi-die progressive manufacturing systems, both hot and cold forming technologies.
