The Company's subsidiaries use technology, analytics and artificial intelligence to create an ecosystem of lenders, borrowers and other participants in commercial lending space. It manages lenders, brokers and borrowers. Its subsidiaries include Asia Synergy Data Solutions Ltd (ASDS), Asia Synergy Financial Capital Ltd (ASFC), Asia Synergy Credit Solutions Ltd (ASCS), Asia Synergy Supply Chain Ltd (ASSC) and Asia Synergy Technologies Ltd (AST). ASDS is the manager of the lending hub ecosystem. ASFC is lender and financial services provider. ASCS is a provider of credit outsourcing services to banks and lenders. ASSC is a marketer of lending hub supply- chain related services. AST is manager of product procurement platform linked to lending hub that provides interface to order products, which require financing. It also operates Jinxiaoer loan brokerage platform.
