The Company operates multiple lines of business, including home health, hospice and senior living across, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The Company provides healthcare services through approximately 95 home health and hospice agencies and 49 senior living communities in its assisted living, independent living and memory care business. The Company operates through two segments: home health and hospice services, and senior living services. Home health and hospice services segment includes its home health, hospice and home care businesses. Senior living services segment includes its assisted living, independent living and memory care communities.
