Its products include 200 Lean Disk Sputtering System, INTEVAC VERTEX System, INTEVAC VERTEX Spectra System, NTEVAC VERTEX Marathon System, DIAMOND DOG, INTEVAC MATRIX PVD System, INTEVAC MATRIX Implant System and ENERGi Implant System.
