It is developing ex vivo applications to address immuno-oncology and autoimmune diseases. Its advanced ex vivo programs include a wholly owned chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell candidate, NTLA-6001 targeting CD30 for the treatment of CD30-expressing hematologic cancers, including relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin's lymphoma.
