The Company has three contiguous EPMs located approximately 65 kilometers (km) north of the town of Mount Isa in Queensland Australia. The project Gidyea Creek, covers an area of over 785 km square. The Company also owns Coles Hill Uranium Project located in south central Virginia, United States.
