New Pacific Metals Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in exploration and development of mineral properties in Bolivia. The Company’s projects include the Silver Sand Project, the Silverstrike Project and the Carangas Project. The Silver Sand Project is located approximately 35 kilometers northeast of the Cerro Rico silver mineral system near Potosi, Bolivia. The Silver Sand Project is composed of approximately four concession areas, including Silver Sand and North Block, totaling over six square kilometers. The Silverstrike Project is located approximately 140 kilometres southwest of La Paz, Bolivia. The Silverstrike Project consists of approximately nine concessions totaling over 13 square kilometers. The Carangas Project, which is located approximately 180 kilometers southwest of the city of Oruro, in southwest Bolivia, consists of two exploration concessions totaling 6.25 square kilometers.
