NextSource Materials Inc. is a Canada-based strategic materials development company. The Company operates as a supplier of critical battery materials and technology materials through the mining and value-added processing of flake graphite and other critical minerals. It is also engaged in the development of value-added processing facilities capable of producing coated and spheronized graphite that is used for the manufacturing of battery anodes. The Company's project includes Molo Graphite Project and Green Giant Vanadium Project. The Molo Graphite Project is located 160 kilometers (km) by road south-east of Madagascar's administrative capital (and port city) of Toliara and covers an area of 62.5 hectares (ha). The project consists of SuperFlake graphite that is used in refractory (steel), lithium-ion battery applications and expanded graphite (foil) applications. The Green Giant Vanadium Project is located in south-central Madagascar, containing vanadium deposits.
