The Company's Recurrency platform enables multi-unit retailers to leverage their own data to yield maximum customer spend, frequency and loyalty while achieving the highest Return on Marketing Spend (ROMS) possible. Its Recurrency, is delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Its technology provides transactional data, in real-time, that uncovers market-basket information and attributes, both online and traditional promotions. Recurrency captures, normalizes, integrates, and stores transaction data and is compatible with various point-of-sale (POS) systems used by restaurants and retailers. Recurrency provides a digital wallet system for creating and managing offers and promotions, enabling closed-loop attribution across all channels, media, and marketing efforts.
