The Alkaline Water Company Inc. (Alkaline) offers bottled alkaline water to retail consumers. The Company offers 500-milliliter, 700-milliliter, 1-liter, 1.5 -liter, 2-liter, 3-liter and 1-gallon sizes for its products. The Company's lead product is Alkaline88, which is produced through an electrolysis process that uses electronic cells coated with a variety of earth minerals to produce 8.8 pH drinking water without the use of any manmade chemicals. In addition to its bottled alkaline water, the Company also offers retail consumers flavor infused bottled water in the 500-milliliter size in six flavors: raspberry, watermelon, lemon, lemon lime, peach mango and blood orange. The Company's hemp-derived CBD topical and ingestible products are sold under the brand name A88CBD. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are A88 Infused Beverage Division Inc., A88 International, Inc., A88 Infused Products Inc., AWC Acquisition Company Inc. and Alkaline 88, LLC.
