The Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) board is considering keeping interim Chief Executive Allen Parker at the helm, according to a Reuters report ( ) on Wednesday that cited two people familiar with the board's thinking. A final decision could take months, the report said. Wells Fargo former CEO Tim Sloan stepped down in March ( ). Parker had previously served as Wells Fargo's general counsel. Shares of Wells Fargo fell 0.6% in the extended session after ending the regular trading day up 0.4%.
