General Electric Co. (GE) said Monday it has named Carolina Dybeck Happe as its chief financial officer effective early 2020. Dybeck Happe, currently CFO of shipping company A.P. Moller-Maersk, will replace Jamie Miller who is leaving the company. GE shares were down 0.4% in premarket trade, but have gained 59% in 2019, while the S&P 500 has gained 24%.
