Macy's Inc. (M) said Tuesday Chief Financial Paula Price has decided to leave the company as of May 31, after about 22 months in the role. Price will remain as an advisor through November 2020. The department store chain said an external search for her successor was being conducted. Price joined the company as CFO in July 2018. Macy's stock, surged 9.6% in premarket trading, has run up 27.1% in three sessions since closing at a record low of $4.43 on April 1. The stock has lost 68.1% over the past three months through Monday, while the S&P 500 has declined 17.7%.
