The Company provides a range of financial services, including lending and depository services, cash management, capital markets, and trust and investment management services. It also engages in credit card services, merchant and automated teller machine (ATM) processing, mortgage banking, insurance, brokerage and leasing. Its banking subsidiary, U.S. Bank National Association, is engaged in the general banking business and offers commercial and consumer lending, lending services, depository services and ancillary services. Its non-banking subsidiaries offer investment and insurance products to the Company's customers principally within its domestic markets, and fund administration services to a range of mutual and other funds. The Company's bank and trust subsidiaries provide a range of asset management and fiduciary services for individuals, estates, foundations, business corporations and charitable organizations.

Coach parent names Joanne Crevoiserat CEO on permanent basis

Tapestry Inc. (TPR) said Tuesday that it has named Joanne Crevoiserat chief executive of the luxury goods company, effective immediately. She had been serving in the role on an interim basis (http://www.marketwatch.com/story/coach-parent-tapestry-names-joanne-crevoiserat-interim-ceo-as-jide-zeitlin-resigns-2020-07-21) after Jide Zeitlin resigned in July amid an investigation into allegations about his personal behavior (https://www.wsj.com/articles/ceo-of-tapestry-parent-of-coach-and-kate-spade-brands-resigns-11595330312). Crevoiserat joined Tapestry as chief financial officer in August 2019. She was previously chief operations officer for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (ANF) Tapestry's portfolio of brands includes Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman. Tapestry stock has fallen 21.1% for the year to date while the S&P 500 index is up 5.3% for the period.
