Shares of U.S. technology giants fell as much as 3% in premarket action after the Senate races in Georgia that leave Democrats close to capturing the upper chamber. Netflix (NFLX) fell 2.8%, and there also were losses for Facebook (FB), Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOGL) and Apple (AAPL).
