Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), which helped lead the charge of American companies to send employees home to work more than a year ago because of the pandemic, is among the first to bring some of them back to the office. The software giant said in a blog post Monday that it will start shifting to a hybrid-work approach for those at its Redmond, Wash., headquarters and nearby offices on March 29. "Our goal is to give employees further flexibility, allowing people to work where they feel most productive and comfortable, while also encouraging employees to work from home as the virus and related variants remain concerning," Microsoft said in a blog post.
