Starbucks brings back the pistachio latte for winter

Starbucks Corp. (SBUX) announced the return of the pistachio latte for the second year, part of the coffee company's winter menu. The drink is available hot or iced for a limited time. Starbucks is also offering a $2 discount in the U.S. on its plant-based Impossible Breakfast Sandwich for Meatless Mondays throughout January. And for those making coffee at home, Starbucks Tribute Blend is back in stores. Starbucks shares have gained 13.2% over the past year while the S&P 500 index is up 29.6% for the period.
