WeWork CFO Dunham to be step down after less than 2 years in the role

WeWork Inc. (WE) said Thursday that Andre Fernandez will become the flexible work space provider's chief financial officer, effective June 10. He will succeed current CFO Ben Dunham, who was appointed to that role in October 2020. The stock was still inactive in premarket trading. Fernandez was most recently CFO of NCR Corp. (NCR), a consumer transactions software company. WeWork also affirmed the the second-quarter revenue guidance it provided in April of $800 million to $825 million, which compares with the current FactSet consensus of $826 million. The company also edged up its 2022 revenue guidance range to $3.40 billion to $3.50 billion from $3.35 billion to $3.50 billion, which compares with the FactSet consensus of $3.49 billion. WeWork's stock has tumbled 21.1% year to date, while the S&P 500 has shed 16.5%.
