The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a case in which the family of a U.S. citizen who was killed in an ISIS attack in Paris in 2015 is suing Alphabet's Google business, according to multiple published reports. The case, Gonzalez v. Google, involves the scope of tech companies' immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, SCOTUSblog reported.
