Its field service and Network Operations Center (NOC) staff work hand in hand to monitor and resolve system and other issues for its customers. The Company operates three businesses: Strong/MDI Screen Systems, Inc., the screen and projection coatings supplier in the world; Strong Technical Services, Inc., which provides comprehensive managed services with 24/7/365 support nationwide and distributes cinema equipment; and Strong Studios, Inc., which develops and produces original feature films and television series and acquires rights to distribute content globally.
