The Company holds 100% of the equity interests in the subsidiaries, such as Allen-Boy International LLC, Canaan International LLC, Pacific Consulting LLC, Canaan Limousine LLC, Entour Solutions LLC, Spirit Solutions LLC, and Cheetah Net Logistics LLC.
