Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) is a holding company. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, which include Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (CECONY), Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (O&R), Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. (the Clean Energy Businesses) and Con Edison Transmission, Inc. (Con Edison Transmission). CECONY's principal business operations are its regulated electric, gas and steam delivery businesses. CECONY provides electricity, natural gas and steam to customers in New York City and Westchester County. O&R's principal business operations are its regulated electric and gas delivery businesses. The Clean Energy Businesses develop, own and operate renewable and energy infrastructure projects and provide energy-related products and services to wholesale and retail customers. Con Edison Transmission, through its subsidiaries, invests in electric transmission facilities and gas pipeline and storage facilities.

OTC Markets Group Announces Quarterly Index Performance and Rebalancing

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, today announced the fourth quarter 2018 performance and quarterly rebalancing of the OTCQX(R) and OTCQB(R) indexes, including the OTCQX Canada Index and the OTCQX Dividend Index.

The OTCQX Composite Index (.OTCQX), a benchmark for the overall OTCQX Best Market, was down 11.2% in the fourth quarter. Fourty-one new companies were added to the index, including: Adventus Zinc Corporation (OTCQX: ADVZF), Charlottes Web Hldgs Inc. (OTCQX: CWBHF), Harvest Oil & Gas Corp. (OTCQX: HRST), Medicine Man Technologies Inc. (OTCQX: MDCL),, Inc. (OTCQX: OSTDP), U & I Financial Corp. (OTCQX: UNIF). Fifty-one were removed from the index, including: Aurora Cannabis (ACB), which graduated to NYSE on 10/23/18 and Creative Realities (CREX) which graduated to NASDAQ on 11/15/18.

The OTCQX Billion+ Index (.OTCQXBIL), which tracks the performance of $1 billion-plus market cap OTCQX companies, was down 11% for the quarter. Five companies were added to the index, including Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd. (OTCQX: IMPUY) and Travis Perkins Plc (OTCQX: TPRKY). Eleven companies were removed.

The OTCQX Dividend Index (.OTCQXDIV), which tracks dividend-paying U.S. and international OTCQX companies, was down 10.6% in the quarter. Six new companies were added to the index and 22 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Banks Index (.OTCQXBK), comprised of OTCQX community and regional banks, decreased 8.3% in the fourth quarter. Twelve companies were added to the index in the quarter and 12 companies were removed. The 12 banks added were: Consumers Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CBKM), CCF Holding Co.(OTCQX:CCFH), Century Next Financial Corp. (OTCQX: CTUY), Delmarva Bancshares, Inc.(OTCQX: DLMV), First National Bank Alaska (OTCQX: FBAK), InsCorp, Inc.(OTCQX:IBTN), Kish Bancorp, Inc.(OTCQX: KISB), Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc.(OTCQX: QNTO), Revere Bank (OTCQX: REVB), U & I Financial Corp. (OTCQX:UNIF), Valley Republic Bancorp (OTCQX: VLLX), and VSB Bancorp, Inc.(OTCQX: VSBN).

The OTCQX International Index (.OTCQXINT), a benchmark for international OTCQX companies, was down 11.2% for the quarter. Twenty-two companies were added to the index and 28 companies were removed.

The OTCQX Canada Index (.OTCQXCAN), which tracks Canadian OTCQX companies, was down 31.6% in the fourth quarter. Eighteen companies were added to the index and 16 companies were removed. Among those added: First Vanadium Corp. (OTCQX: FVANF), CannaRoyalty Corp. (OTCQX: ORHOF) and 1933 Industries Inc. (OTCQX: TGIFF).

OTCQX U.S. Index (.OTCQXUS), a benchmark for U.S. OTCQX companies, was down 13.8% in the fourth quarter. Nineteen companies were added to the index and 22 companies were removed.

The OTCQB Venture Index (.OTCQB), which tracks the overall OTCQB Venture Market, was down 19.0% in the fourth quarter. One hundred nine companies were added to the index. Among those added: Abtech Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ABHD), Bright Mountain Media, Inc. (OTCQB: BMTM) and MJ Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: MJNE). One hundred forty-eight companies were removed from the index, including: Avalon GloboCare (AVCO) which graduated to NASDAQ on 11/5/2018, Roan Resources (ROAN) which graduated to NYSE on 11/9/2018,.Diamedica Therapeutics (DMAC) which graduated to NASDAQ on 12/7/2018, Enochian Biosciences (ENOB) which graduated to NASDAQ on 12/10/2018, Alkaline Water Company (WTER) which graduated to NASDAQ on 12/10/2018, and Datasea (DTSS) which graduated to NASDAQ on 12/19/2018.

All indexes are market capitalization-weighted and adjusted on a quarterly basis for additions and share changes over 5% during the months of March, June, September and December. In the case of ADRs, the DR ratio is considered. Dividends are re-invested as of the close of business the day before the ex-dividend date.
