The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings bank, which offers a range of deposit accounts, including checking accounts, savings accounts, health savings accounts and certificate of deposit accounts. It is focused on originating one-to-four family owner-occupied residential real estate loans, one-to-four family investor-owned residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans and multifamily loans. The Bank invests in various types of liquid assets, including the United States Treasury obligations, securities of various government-sponsored enterprises and municipal governments, deposits at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago.
