COVID vaccine and testing solutions are currently under development by AstraZeneca, Bio-Techne and Emergent BioSolutions. Links in Food Chain. Calyxt is a plant-based technology company using cutting-edge breeding techniques. Mosaic supplies phosphate and potash nutrients for the agriculture industry. General Mills and Kellogg are broad-based food manufacturing firms. BBQ Holdings is a national restaurant company. Fortune 500 Companies. Nine Minnesota-based Fortune 500 firms will participate: 3M, Donaldson, Ecolab, Fastenal, General Mills, H.B. Fuller, Mosaic, Vista Outdoor and Xcel Energy.
