CNX owns or operates approximately 2,600 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines as well as several natural gas processing facilities. CNX consists of two principal business divisions: Exploration and Production (E&P) and Midstream. The principal activity of the E&P Division includes four segments which, is to produce pipeline natural gas for sale primarily to gas wholesalers.
