The Company provides funding to nonprofit community associations primarily located in the state of Florida and to nonprofit community associations in the states of Washington and Colorado. It offers incorporated nonprofit community associations (Associations), a range of financial products customized to each Association's financial needs. Its products include Original Product and New Neighbor Guaranty. Its Original Product offering consists of providing funding to Associations by purchasing their rights under delinquent accounts that are selected by the Associations arising from unpaid Association assessments. The Company offers the New Neighbor Guaranty, wherein an Association assigns its indebtedness and accruals on its delinquent units to it in exchange for payments in an amount equal to the regular ongoing monthly or quarterly assessments for delinquent units when those amounts would be due to the Association.

Michael Ducker Joins U.S. Xpress Board of Directors

U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: USX), the nation's fifth largest asset-based truckload carrier by revenue, has elected Michael Ducker, former President & CEO of FedEx Freight, to its eight-member board of directors.

Ducker most recently served as President & CEO of FedEx Freight, providing strategic direction for the corporation's less-than-truckload (LTL) companies throughout North America. During his 43-year career with FedEx, he also served as President of International Business, COO of FedEx Express and President of FedEx Express Asia Pacific. During his tenure with FedEx, Ducker also led the Southeast Asia, Middle East and Southern Europe regions for the company.

Actively involved in the trucking and logistics industry, Ducker previously served on the executive committee as treasurer for the American Trucking Association and as a member of the American Transportation Research Institute Board of Directors. He previously served as Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is and a member of its Executive Committee. Ducker also served as U.S. Co-Chair of the U.S.-Mexico CEO Dialogue and is a member of the Salvation Army National Advisory Board and Executive Committee. He serves on the board of Amway Corporation, nVent Electric Plc., and International Flavors and Fragrances.

Ducker received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He resides in Collierville, Tenn. with his wife.
