The Company is engaged in offering products and services through its direct operations, network of Stewart Trusted Providers and family of companies. The Company operates through two segments: title insurance and ancillary services and corporate. Title insurance and related services (title) segment provides services needed to transfer title to property in a real estate transaction and includes services, such as searching, examining, closing and insuring the condition of the title to the property. The ancillary services and corporate segment provides appraisal and valuation services, document management, recording and call center-related services offered to mortgage lenders and servicers, mortgage brokers and mortgage investors. Its primary international operations are located in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Central Europe.

Public Storage Announces Pricing of 3.875% Cumulative Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, Series N

Tom Boyle, Chief Financial Officer of Public Storage (NYSE:PSA, the "Company"), announced that the Company has priced a public offering of 10,000,000 depositary shares at $25.00 per depositary share, with each depositary share representing 1/1,000 of a 3.875% Cumulative Preferred Share of Beneficial Interest, Series N. The offering is expected to result in $250 million of gross proceeds (assuming no exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option) and to close on or about October 6, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company expects to use the net proceeds to make investments in self-storage facilities and in entities that own self-storage facilities, for the development of self-storage facilities and for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of our preferred shares.
