Old Dominion Freight Line Announces $0.15 Per Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, payable on December 16, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2020. After giving effect to the Company's March 2020 three-for-two stock split, this dividend represents a 32.4% increase over the dividend paid in December 2019.
