Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is a specialty equipment provider. It provides specialty equipment to the electric utility transmission and distribution, telecommunications, rail, forestry, waste management and other infrastructure-related industries in North America. Its segments include Equipment Rental Solutions, Truck and Equipment Sales and Aftermarket Parts and Services. The Equipment Rental Solutions segment owns a range of new and used specialty equipment, including truck-mounted aerial lifts, cranes, service trucks, dump trucks, trailers, digger derricks and other machinery and equipment. The Truck and Equipment Sales segment offers a range of new equipment for sale to be used across its end-markets, which can be modified to meet its customers’ specific needs. The Aftermarket Parts and Services segment includes the sale of specialized aftermarket parts, including captive parts related to its Load King brand, used in the maintenance and repair of the equipment it sells and rents.
