Google parent Alphabet Inc.'s (GOOGL)(GOOGL) cloud division on Thursday announced a new, multi-year, strategic partnership with Twitter Inc. (TWTR). Under the deal, Twitter will extend its work with Google and move offline analytics, data processing, and machine learning workloads to Google's Data Cloud. This would allow Twitter to analyze data faster and improve the experience for people who use the service every day. Shares of Shares of Twitter and Alphabet are flat in after-hours trading.
