GB Sciences, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical research and development company. The Company develops disease-targeted formulations of cannabis and other plant-inspired therapeutic mixtures for the prescription drug market through its wholly owned subsidiary, GbS Global Biopharma, Inc. (GBSGB). The Company's primary focus is on preparing its lead program for the treatment of the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD) in a human clinical trial. GBSGBs intellectual property covers a range of over 65 medical conditions, from which five drug development programs are in the preclinical stage of drug development.
