It utilizes finite element analysis to design workable processes for multistep forming of complex parts. It uses EDM and traditional machine technologies to craft and maintain customized precision dies and tools from a range of alloys and composites. It has approximately 35 multi-die progressive manufacturing systems, both hot and cold forming technologies.
