EPS (TTM, GAAP)

GAAP EPS (TTM) refers to a company's earnings per share (EPS) for the trailing twelve-month (TTM) period. EPS is calculated by dividing the adjusted income available to common stockholders for the trailing twelve months by the trailing twelve-month diluted weighted average shares outstanding.

GAAP vs. Non-GAAP Earnings

P/E Ratio (TTM, GAAP)

It is calculated by dividing the current stock price by the sum of the Diluted Earnings Per Share from continuing operations BEFORE Extraordinary Items and Accounting Changes over the last reported 12 months.

Annual Dividend/Yield

If dividend payments are inconsistent, as with many ADRs, the annual dividend is calculated by totaling the regular dividends paid over the trailing 12 months.
