The Company’s commercial projects include commercial, agricultural, industrial and public works projects. The Company has two segments: Solcius and Sunworks. The Solcius segment focuses on residential projects. The segment designs, arranges financing, integrates, installs and manages systems, primarily for residential homeowners. It sells residential solar systems through multiple channels, including its network of sales channel partners, and its growing direct sales channel strategy. The Sunworks segment focuses on commercial projects. The segment designs, arranges financing, integrates, installs, and manages systems ranging in size from approximately two kilowatts (kW) for residential projects to multi-megawatt (MW) systems for larger commercial and public works projects.
